Dispute resolution

The European Commission runs an online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not currently willing to do so. Contact us first and we will try to settle the matter directly.
